1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the StudyCoor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

StudyCoor is a pharmaceutical study coordination tool designed to:

• Calculate medication compliance percentages
• Track study subjects and their dosing schedules
• Manage clinical study data locally on your device
• Generate compliance reports and exports

The App is intended for use by clinical research professionals, study coordinators, and pharmaceutical researchers.

3. User Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11, if applicable)
• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the App
• Validating calculation results before using them in official reports
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation
• Following your organization's standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Professional Use

StudyCoor is a tool to assist professional judgment, not replace it. You acknowledge that:

• The App provides calculations based on inputs you provide
• You are responsible for interpreting and validating results
• Clinical decisions should not be based solely on App calculations
• You should follow established protocols and seek expert guidance when needed

4. Subscription Terms (Pro Features)

Subscription Plans

StudyCoor offers optional subscription plans to unlock Pro features:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of calculations

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM

Critical Disclaimer

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADVERSE OUTCOMES, REGULATORY VIOLATIONS, OR COMPLIANCE FAILURES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE APP IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE.

7. Data Practices

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data. You are responsible for backing up your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
